Lawyer with National Reputation:  Bentley Nettles was appointed to be the 14^th Executive Director for the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission of Texas. TABC regulates the second largest alcoholic beverage market in the United States.  As Director, Bentley was directly involved in the rule making process for the agency and developed new technologies and practices for law enforcement.  During Nettles tenure, the agency went through the largest technology initiative in the history of the agency, bringing online transaction and information for consumers and permittee’s.
